Terms & Conditions
1. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are provided following a damp survey and are valid for 14 days. The final price will only differ from the written quote if the extent of the damp, wall length or access differs materially from what was found at survey, and any change will be agreed with you before work proceeds.
2. Access & Site Conditions
You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the affected area on the agreed date. Additional charges may apply where access is significantly more difficult than described at quote stage.
3. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out charge.
4. Workmanship Guarantee
Damp-proofing treatments are carried out to industry standards and backed by a written workmanship guarantee. The exact terms and length of guarantee are confirmed in your written quote before any work begins.
5. Liability
We carry public liability insurance for all work carried out. Any pre-existing damage to fences, paths or structures should be noted before work begins.
